For nearly two decades, Mr. Gordon Yao has been deeply engaged in British Columbia’s real estate sector, spanning the full spectrum of investment, development, and sales. Rather than simply a successful investor and developer, he is best described as an effective integrator of industry resources. Drawing on his years of experience in investment banking, Mr. Yao has developed a keen sensitivity to economic cycles and market fluctuations, enabling him to identify optimal investment opportunities and drive projects forward with precision and speed.

Mr. Yao often says that the real estate industry in British Columbia has shaped his success, and now is the time for him to give back. This belief is what inspired him to establish the foundation.

Looking ahead, Mr. Yao is committed to working collaboratively with all levels of government, local communities, public organizations, and the private sectors to help address the growing housing crisis across British Columbia.
